Our Management Team
Rachael Harbes
PRESIDENT & CO-FOUNDERRachael Harbes has devoted her career providing geospatial solutions for the Federal Government. In 2000, after serving as a Topographic Analyst in U.S. Marine Corps, Rachael began working to provide geospatial solutions for numerous agencies within the Intelligence Community (IC). She has lead multiple efforts to innovate workflows, GIS systems, dissemination processes, and data storage. Rachael has nearly 18 years of experience providing comprehensive geospatial solutions, workflow analytics, and the development and maintenance of Geospatial systems. Rachael is passionate about creating and solving complex problems for analytical workflows. Her dedication and contributions have won her multiple awards throughout the IC.
Baker Pruiksma
CO-FOUNDERA native of Arlington, Baker has experience in the Intelligence Community (IC) supporting various office within the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) since 2010. Prior to co-founding Embedded Alliance with Rachael, Baker was a Geospatial Analyst at BAE Systems, where he served as a team lead and oversaw the development of various geospatial dissemination and visualization tools for the IC. He is a certified GISP and graduated from the University of Mary Washington with a BA in Geography and a Graduate Certificate in GIS.
