Job Description

Create shapefiles, geodatabases, and features with your experience in geography, cartography and Geographic Information Systems (GIS), including ArcGIS applications. Apply knowledge of digital cartography, image processing, (GIS), geospatial production techniques and digital data formats.

Responsibilities

• Proven work experience with geospatial applications
• Familiarity with geospatial data formats
• Experience working within the IC
• Collection, and review of hydrography, transportation, cultural, industrial, and land cover Feature Data according to the Government standards.
• Assessment and Quality Control review of data in Government standard geospatial schemas

Education + Experience

• Degree or equivalent experience in geography
• Active TS/SCI clearance required, with willingness to obtain a polygraph upon request
• Experience in creating shapefiles, geo-databases, and features
