Job Description

Experienced Agile Scrum Master to work in a Government IC environment. This role performs project management tasks to coordinate and prioritize user stories for implementation by team members. This role provides Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and metrics generation and analysis in order to track overall efficiency of software delivery across team.

Responsibilities

• Perform project management tasks to coordinate and prioritize user stories for implementation by team members
• Facilitate horizontal communication across team members to identify any impediments that may prevent team progress while working mitigation plans as needed
• Responsible for technical planning and coordination between Agile teams and business needs including coordination of verification, validation, and fielding
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
• Evaluate alternatives including cost and risk, supportability and analyses for total systemsy
• Excellent technical skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction
• Evaluate performance results and recommend major changes affecting short-term project growth and success
• Plan and lead major technology assignments

Education + Experience

• Degree or equivalent experience
• Active TS/SCI clearance required, with willingness to obtain a polygraph upon request
